How to improve the quality of video on Android & iOS with PeerSever

I set VideoEncodingParameters.maxBitrate to 8500kbps, not work. 

I saw the remote video is not very clear.

But phone's upload speed was only 120kbps.

Is there any api to change sending speed to improve the quality of video?

Apologized for late response. Are you asking about an API of Intel Media SDK on Android?

We have discontinued to support this product for a while.

If you still want to solve the problem, could you try to reproduce on Linux?
