Intel IPP 2022.0 ippchmt.lib not found

After upgrading to Intel IPP 2022.0 my compilation when building my own version of the IPP won't work any more.

The linker complains about ippchmt.lib not found.

In the previous installed version 2021.12 the file is present in the lib directory.
