I want to know whether I can use intel media sdk on Debian OS also or not.

As far as I know, this is not the case, but I'm interested in Debian support too.

By the way, it would really help if Intel Media SDK setup could be handled through plain .deb packages. I had a hard time building my own packages depending upon imsdk.
