MEdia SDK ... legal to use in software ?

I need to develop an application that can display 3D Stereo MVC movie in an opengl view. Is it legal (if I paid the patent to MpegLA) to use your SDK in my application and redistribute it (Like if I paid for an SDk+runtime to Mainconcept, or CoreAvc or ....) ?

Yes, it is legal to use and redistribute Media SDK. For details on which parts can be redistributed please consult theEULA document included with the Media SDK package.
