dpct (2023.1) doesn't migrate cub::BlockReduce::Reduce

I am on 2023.1 release.

In dpct reference document, confirm YES on support migrate "cub::BlockReduce::Reduce", https://cdrdv2-public.intel.com/773542/dpcpp-compatibility-tool_developer-guide-reference_2023.1-768918-773542.pdf

Going to convert cuda file, for example this, https://github.com/NVIDIA/cub/blob/main/examples/block/example_block_reduce.cu

After converted, the "cub::BlockReduce::Reduce" has no changes.

Command to reproduce: "dpct example_block_reduce.cu", the output file has no changes on the API.
