Hello
I apologize for my English because it is not my native language I use translation.
I have been searching for a solution for at least 2 years for errors such as PacketLoss, Freezing, and Rubber Banding that I have been experiencing in the game through the Event Viewer. "dc3a3596-71e1-45a3-b2ea-39ad5322fe51" The session failed to start with the following error 0xC0000022
Various tests like OCCT, Memtest86, 3Dmark found no problems. Updated BIOS drivers and installing them separately from the computer case did not work either. I also ran various network tests. When I follow it with ProcessMonitor, I think that Regedit cannot create an entry, so I get the error in the code I mentioned every minute throughout the game, even in different games. The main source of the problem seems to be EasyAntiCheat. I've tried a lot of things like Formatting, Sfc fixes, Completely re-downloading everything, Clean boot. My bios settings default only to XMP. The only things I have installed on my computer are Motherboard drivers, video card driver Steam, Battle.net application and Discord. I will send the dxdiag file, but since I don't know if the PSU can be seen there, the model is Corsair CX Series CX750F RGB. I wanted to give the title this way for statements such as Administrator authority Kernel error, which are shown on hundreds of forum sites. Every game that uses EasyAntiCheat gives this code in the Event viewer without exception and causes the problems I mentioned. I do not have a blue screen problem, but my computer is filled with these errors and causes a delay in the responsiveness of the entire system, and when I close the game, the problem does not go away. Unless, of course, it has become a habit on a problematic computer. Giving Administrator privileges to the problematic program not only ensures that it is not filled with errors in the Event Viewer, but they are still there along with the problems in the Games. Help me understand if there is a problem with my processor or other hardware.

Hello, @pesioska
Thank you for your reply.
Based on the information provided, we believe this is not related to the processor but to the EAC software.
We recommend you contact your Game Store to see if there is a way to test those specific games without EasyAntiCheat, to see if they run flawlessly; and if there is a problem, how to disable it in any case or any other solutions. Especially if it only gives issues with EasyAntiCheat only.
Best regards,

Hello, @pesioska
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
I understand that you are having issues running games with EasyAntiCheat, I will do my best to assist you here.
- Have you tried reinstalling the OS?
- Since you suspect the problem happens when games use EasyAntiCheat, have you contacted their support about this issue?
- Test your processor and attach the results of the following utilities, check the notes below each one of them:
Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool
Note: Please attach the complete Screenshot or click on "File", select the "View Results File" option, save and attach the report.
Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU)
Note: Click on the "Stress Test" tab and "Start Testing" and then, attach a complete screenshot. Please perform all the tests possible.
Also, I noticed that your memory speed (3600 MHz) is outside the supported memory speed (DDR4 3200 MHz) as per the processor specifications. Lower the memory speed to a supported memory frequency or within specifications to avoid instability in the system. After this change, please attach a new Intel SSU report.
I would like to let you know that altering clock frequency or voltage may damage or reduce the useful life of the processor and other system components and may reduce system stability and performance. The memory controller is internal to the processor. When an XMP profile is used, the frequencies and possibly the voltages within the CPU are changed. If the processor is used outside of its specifications, the manufacturer's warranty may be voided.
Best regards,
Jocelyn M.

@Jocelyn_Intel Thank you for your reply.
1. Yes, and this includes games or drivers.
2. I tried, but I saw that they did not provide support on their website, so I could not contact them. So I contacted Epic Games.
Epic Games suggested me to use codes such as sfc /scannow or DISM. I have been using this type of repair for years.
If I'm not mistaken, XMP was developed by Intel, which is a strange situation. I turned off XMP and ran the RAM test with default settings. I didn't think about overclocking my processor or GPU.

Hello, @pesioska
Thank you for the information provided.
The XMP was, indeed, developed by Intel, however, using an XMP profile outside the processor specifications, can cause system instability and reduce its useful life. The memory speed was set at 3600 MHz, which is more than what the processor supports (3200 MHz). This is all specified in the "Performance and Product information": What is XMP?
Regarding the main problem, can you please confirm if the freezing happens running the games without any third-party software, such as EasyAntiCheat? The processor passed all the tests and seems to be working fine.

Merhaba @Jocelyn_Intel
Frankly, I have not experienced this situation in other games. I see this situation in different players in their live broadcasts, but they are not aware of it because they have not gone through the stages I went through. I am experiencing the same thing in my new system as I experienced in my previous computer. This is a process of at least 3 years that I started with the thought of PSU insufficiency and every part of it was changed. The session "dc3a3596-71e1-45a3-b2ea-39ad5322fe51" could not be started with the following error: 0xC0000022 All users who receive this code and are aware of it are actually only part of a certain group and we are very few and no one is listening. Giving administrator powers, changing system parts, internet line checks, formats, secure erase and many other things. Frankly, no one knows the source of the problem. It is not understandable why we can enter the games even if we think we are banned. I'm experiencing this in 3 different games using EasyAntiCheat. Repairing EAC in other games other than Apex Legends prevents the code from appearing, but it is not stable and I am experiencing the same problems. Especially in Apex Legends, it disrupts the stability of the system and gives delayed responses as if the system is stress testing both the game and my computer. I haven't tested other EAC games for a long time because I can see the problems as soon as I install them. I formatted it again yesterday and installed only the motherboard drivers as usual. Nothing changed. The only thing that worries me now is that we are unintentionally guinea pigs where Developers are trying things on us. While we can find the source of the problem, no one has any idea what actually causes it. Maybe a little roughing it up like a tube television might help. Frankly, it seems impossible to communicate with the source of the problem. Thank you for your help.

Hello @Jocelyn_Intel
I didn't consider using it without 3rd party software. Because I don't know how to do it and I can't risk being banned from the games I try.
Other games I play are Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2. I have no problems. As far as I can see my problem is only with EasyAntiCheat. I haven't seen Anti-Cheats other than EAC cause problems. I made some attempts using EAC and of course it didn't work. These include ensuring that it runs on a single core, setting the process priority low or high. By the way, assigning EAC to a single core makes the game a little more relaxed in terms of responsiveness. Since Anti-Cheat does not cause problems in different games or the game itself does not cause problems, I do not experience problems such as freezing. Since I did not experience any problems other than EasyAntiCheat, I did not experience problems with 3rd party software in other games.

I'm aware that I've written a bit long, I'm making it a little longer while trying to be understandable. I'm sorry for that.
