Процессор для апгрэйда (eMachines E725)

Сейчас стоит родной T4500. Хочется намного получше (с поддержкой виртуализации и другими). В разумных пределах ценового сегмента конечно.

Подойдёт ли к примеру этот - Core 2 Extreme X9100?

ПС. В переделах до 2000 UAH/4301 RUB/68 EUR/72 USD

И ещё вопрос - можно ли обновить/"прилепить" видеокарту?
