Температура в БИОСе 45 градусов на i7-8700K (материнская плата asrock extreme 4 и куллер Noctua NH-D15)

Собрал компьютер с процессором i7-8700K материнская плата asrock extreme 4 и куллер Noctua NH-D15. При запуске в биос температура процессора держится на 45 градусаx. При этом процессорный куллер делает 1000 оборотов в минуту . На ютубе смотрел много роликов где у людей в биосе температура 30-35 в биосе... Нормално ли это?

Your choice of Thermal Interface Material (TIM) and how well you apply it can make a significant difference to the achieved minimum temperature...

• While most boxed and after-market coolers come with a reasonably good quality TIM, there are after-market products (see here for a comparison: https://www.gamingfactors.com/best-thermal-paste/ https://www.gamingfactors.com/best-thermal-paste) that can improve things significantly. I typically use Arctic Silver 5.

• You need to ensure that there is a proper amount of TIM and that it is well spread over the entire area of the processor's heat spreader where it will come in contact with the Cooler's transfer plate. Using too much TIM can result in greater surface separation and poorer heat transfer. Using too little TIM can result in slower heat transfer. Either way, idle temperatures will be higher.
