12700KF not working

Hi,

I have bought a motherboard and CPU instead of my old component but it doesn't work properly.

When I push the power button I can't see even the bios screen. 

GPU fans are working and can get the power from PSU but I don't know why.

I have 2 idea 

1- CPU not working

2- power supply not enough for all components (600W)
