Hi, IROH.

Thank you for posting in our Community.

I understand your frustration. It could potentially be related to either the CPU or motherboard BIOS. Was the system working fine before? Did you make any recent changes to your device setup or configuration recently? Despite these issues, have you encountered or noticed any error codes/messages? No boot means that the computer isn't functioning as expected and, while lights can be On or Off in the motherboard, no video is displayed on the screen. The system could be power cycling (keeps rebooting) with no post. Have you checked for any BIOS updates or tried resetting the BIOS settings to default? Sometimes these steps can resolve booting issues.

Furthermore, you mentioned that you've spent approximately two weeks troubleshooting. Could you please provide those details so that we can avoid duplicating efforts?

Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day!

Best regards,

This issue has been present since I got new motherboard and cpu and ram because my last motherboard bricked itself also sometimes it's black screen or it gets stuck loading on msi splash screen
Also I have updated bios tried different versions changed configurations in bios, enabled xmp, disabled xmp adjusted voltage in dram, reinstalled windows, removed ssd drives left only boot drive plugged in, only one ram in the slot, system repair in cmd, turned off fast boot in windows ,checked power settings in windows, removed riser cable and plugged directly into motherboard, updated firmware on the ssds and tested them they were good, tried resetting drivers when the screen was black. The screen will bee black and will not show anything sometimes and will sit there for a while and after about 20 minutes or so will shut off.

Hi, IROH.

Thank you for your response. I understand you've gone through quite a thorough troubleshooting process already. Given the variety of steps you've taken, it suggests a complex issue. Have you tried to clear the CMOS battery? Start with the minimal hardware in your system, such as a power supply, and one DIMM of memory. Clear the CMOS (complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor). Review instructions on how to clear. If the system worked before, we suggest reverting the changes: Often if a change is made, that recent change is the cause of the problem. If there were any hardware changes, revert the changes. For more information on troubleshooting steps, you may refer to these articles/links: Troubleshooting for No Boot and No Display Issues with Intel® Boxed Processors.

Hi, please check following things:
1.) Always check your power supply, make sure it can deliver enough power supply otherwise your pc wont start correct or be stable.
2.) Make sure all cables is correct set.
3.) Did it work with other mobo/cpu?

When I upgrade my pc i hade same issue as you, my power supply was the one and anything is starting.

Black screen and no start up will happen if there is not enough power 13900ks does drain alot of power.

When you upgrade your pc, dont forget psu or upgrade it. Always better to have 200w as free space to make sure anything will work.

Can i have your pc spec please? I'm swedish pc builder

When going above 5600mhz with ram, Pc will go unstable and may crash. Your warranty on cpu may not be valid if you go above 5600mhz.
Set your ram to 5600mhz and then check how pc performance.
