First time using this.
Able to change the Efficiency Core Ratio
But not the Performance Core ratio, nor the Core voltage offset
Help needed to play a game.

I understand that you need to change the Performance Core ratio and Core voltage offset to play a game. Please be advised that altering clock frequency or voltage may void any product warranties and reduce stability, security, performance, and life of the processor and other components.
To properly address this concern, lease generate System Support Utility (SSU) report to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

Your system model is reported to be ASUS G16CH - this is a ROG STRIX pre-built PC. So probably not a 13700KF issue but could be something to do with the ASUS custom BIOS and/or drivers. You should seek technical support for this from the ASUS helpdesk for the G16CH which can be found here .
