So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Hello AshkanSp,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please provide the missing key information here:
1) Is this an out-of-the-box issue, or has the system worked before this issue started?
2) What were the recent changes made prior to the issue? (Hardware add-ons, software/application installations, OS and drivers updates, settings from BIOS changed, etc.)
3) Please share your Windows event logs from the Event Viewer.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello AshkanSp,
Thanks for letting me know about this update. I see that while the issue is resolved, performance is still a concern and requires attention. It's a smart decision to wait for the upcoming microcode, as Intel advises updating the BIOS to the latest version with microcode 0x12F or newer. I recommend contacting your motherboard manufacturer's support team for additional help.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
