14700kf unstable and fails stresstest

My pc has been unstable for some time and even after I updated to the latest bios, it is crashing. 

I've tried running the stresstest in Intel Extreme Tuning utility and the stresstest fails after less than a minute. None of the stresstests are succesful.

Bios settings are at default.

Try running the intel processor diagnostic to further check your processor. Here’s the link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005567/processors.html

If the result is failed. There’s a chance your processor is faulty.
