Hi arastoogames,

Thank you for posting in the Community.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused you. Since you have mentioned that this is a Tray Processor. I highly suggest that you contact your place of purchase with the replacement.

Please follow the bellow link for your references regarding to your processor.

The downside of purchasing a tray processor is that you are the second owner of that processor. Intel's warranty only applies for the original owner. Unless the original owner provides you with a warranty (which would be the case, for example, if you were purchasing a laptop or system product from an OEM), you do not have one in the event of a failure.
Sorry,

i am total agree with you if the unit got damaged by anything else "design wise or manufacturing wise" !

if you sold a object with a problem and the problem shows off, you should arrange dead time to collect whole and replace, doesn't matter who is the first owner !

if some of them still working its ok but the intel should collect damaged units !!!

not for medium range unit ! its the high end processor they sold with high price !!!

its all customers right! do you you agree !?

No, it doesn't work that way. You have no warranty from Intel -- and you knew you were rolling the dice when you purchased this processor. You didn't purchase it from Intel, nor did you purchase it from an authorized dealer (there simply are no authorized dealers for tray processors).

Your only recourse is with the people that you purchased the processor from. If they are reputable, they will replace the processor. As the holder of a warranty from Intel, they can separately get a replacement.

Look, I am retired, no longer an employee of Intel, just a volunteer here, and certainly not a lawyer. Feel free to discuss this further with an actual Intel representative (start with @DeancR_Intel). I think that you will get the same answer, but, who knows? Maybe the situation *is* being treated differently.

i am total agree with you and all intel rules but im not agree with manufacture design problem. its same like selling a fake processor to world then just replace who sold directly !! what about others !? for sure intel shouldn't warranty because my fault ! but what about they fault !? i know to use careful OEM CPU like never use for overclock, couldn't use at all because of manufacture design is all other story !

anyway thanks for your help but for this series refusing to replace is just a fraud by intel

refer to this things :‌they sold 14900. they receive the price for that! the unit is not even close to normal 14900 and now its a dead unit !

i pay for a horse that has genetic problem and never seen a year on his life!

that's a pure fraud nothing else !!

thanks again for your time. i hope someone in charge from intle respond me !
