前几日购买并开始使用这套平台,主板bios及驱动均已使用技嘉GCC或intel驱动程序助手更新为最新版本。今天在使用先前在14600K电脑上用核显进行obs直播的设置在我的270K电脑上直播,发现直播画面异常卡顿,发现核显占用100%,而我之前的电脑核显占用只需要40%即可完成直播任务开始排查问题出处。
不只是obs,动态桌面软件wallpaperengine也出现了这个问题,我在使用wavy grass这个1080p的视频桌面时核显占用非常高且为锯齿状周期性占用率。我附上了图片。这个问题只存在于调用Video Decode和Video Processing两种负载时。单纯调用核显的3D是正常的。
一开始以为是驱动问题,重装两次驱动后依旧,后来我在网上发现可能和内存有关,先是关闭了7200的内存超频使用内存条默认预设XMP6400,问题依旧。最后发现关闭XMP问题就消失了,然后尝试恢复bios全默认状态下仅开启XMP预设,问题再次出现,手动降低发现内存在5600或者更低时核显编解码恢复正常。
也就是说,恢复默认bios预设时,内存频率超过5600会触发这个问题。同一个动态桌面在不同频率下的正常和不正常的占用情况图已附

It appears to be a synchronization conflict between the integrated graphics engine and high-frequency memory modules. To stabilize your system, I recommend the following:
- BIOS Update: Please install the latest firmware from Gigabyte, as recent microcode updates are specifically designed to address these platform stability gaps.
- Memory Specification: For consistent encoding performance, I advise running your memory at the official Intel specification of 5600MHz. Check the specification link:

昨天提问时我的bios版本是技嘉最新的F20
今天在看到回复后第一时间去技嘉官方下载了最新发布的F21a版本bios,更新后核显可以在内存7200频率下正常工作了。
更高的频率我暂时没法测试,因为我的内存没法在XMP7600或者更高频率状态下稳定工作。
总之感谢如此迅速的解决问题,目前的内存频率已经可以满足我的使用了,希望后续能好的优化intel产品的使用体验。
