A new mother board? for replacing xeon E5300 with E5400?

I was going to replace xeon E5345 (65nm process) with E5410 (45nm).

But the mother board is S5000VCL, whose product code is changed

from "S5000VCLSASBB" to "BBS5000VCLSASR 892083" in July 2007.

The mother board was purchased obvisouly before that product-code change.

Does this mean that I need a new mother board? Does the product-code change

also mean a product change? not sure...
