To better assist you, please provide us with the following:
- Do you receive any error messages when installing the Intel® Management Engine Driver? If so, provide us with a screenshot of the error message.
- What installation method you are using?
- We would like to gather more information about your system. Please create a system report using the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel
SSU). This would help us confirm the exact system model, and check if the system is up to date. - Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
