Black screen on the STK2M3W64CC is usually fixable. Try this:
Hard reset: Unplug it, hold the power button for 30 seconds, plug back in while still holding, then release after 10 more seconds.
BIOS recovery (if reset doesn't work): Download the BIOS recovery file from Intel's site for your model, put it on a FAT32 USB drive. With the stick unplugged, insert USB, hold power button, plug in power while holding. LED will blink for 5-10 minutes during recovery.
Also try a different power adapter (needs 5V/2A), HDMI cable, or monitor.

@TAKA_TYO Do you not have the original power adapter (the one that came with your stick)?
If I recall, that is the ONLY adapter that will work with your stick (or one that is specifically compatible). Even though other adaptors have a plug that looks the same, they are not.

You're confusing me; let me ask the questions together...
- Do you see the BIOS Splash screen (where it says 'Intel Compute Stick')?
- Do you (then) see the Windows loading spinner?
- Do you (then) have a blank screen?
If your answers are Yes, Yes, Yes, then you likely have a graphics driver that is improperly installed. In this case, you need to boot into Windows Safe Mode, delete the installed graphics driver driver and then reboot. When you get into Windows again, you want to install the latest graphics driver for your stick. This driver is downloadable here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/762755/intel-6th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html.
If, on the other hand, your answers are Yes, No, Yes, then you likely have a corrupted Windows installation. In this case, you will need to load Windows from scratch, booting from a USB Flash Disk that provides the Windows Installation package. Once you have Windows installed, you need to install the Chipset Device Software package - which you can get here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19347/chipset-inf-utility.html - and then the graphics driver referenced above.
Hope this helps,
