About the i7 processor's GPU driver

Is the i7 13620h Xe series or UHD series? If it's a UHD series, why is there no corresponding driver, I only see the Xe core graphics driver.

The Core i7 13620H processor has UHD Graphics for 13th Gen Intel Processors.

As this is a mobile processor the driver will normally be supplied by the manufacturer of your device if it is a Windows machine. The latest Windows graphics driver download or a utility to update drivers should be available from the manufacturer's support site.

These manufacturer drivers may have customisations for your particular hardware. A generic Intel Windows graphics driver for the 13620H is available to download from here . As you can see this is the Intel ARC & Iris XE graphics driver but it does support UHD graphics for your CPU.
