Can you unlock TSX-NI Instructions in new uCode version (0x3c(?) on Haswell-E/EP processors?

Thank you for your patience.

Can you help us to confirm if you are using an application that uses of TSX? Just for you to know you can confirm the TSX availability on the processor by using CPU-Z tool. See the attachment.
