Activating Turbo Boost on old processors

My processor is Intel Core i7-5500U - 2.40GHz (with turbo boost, up to 3.00GHz) in an Acer notebook.

However, I have never seen it reach this speed of 3.00GHz, only at the maximum frequency of 2.40GHz, I have already configured a power plan, see the BIOS to activate it, but in the BIOS nothing appears regarding the processor to configure.

I would like to know if there is any other method to activate it or if there is a way to analyze it with some type of program to see if this turbo boost technology is defective.

Here are some photos of my bios below, in case it's more useful information.

The maximum frequency for the processor function can't be specified. The maximum frequency is automatic and dependent on working conditions.
