After Speed Optimizing with XTU, i cant undo neither change my active P-cores

Hello,

Today i tried optimizing my i7-10700K bc i only run it on 3,6Ghz, i tried Auto Optimizing at first but it cranked my active p-cores right away to 47x (4,7Ghz) which is way to high, i gett rlly high temp now. I cant change any importand settings in the advanced tuning section either for some reason.

Pls Help
