We make a motherboard that uses an Atom Z520 Cpu.
The motherboard works perfectly we produce large series.
However we encounter problems on some, these cards are designed to operate at -40 ° C (the Atom Cpu is an industrial model) and we note a cold start problem the card does not start and returns several messages to us (SMM init failure or microcode update failure) we suspect the CPU.
Anyone know of this problem?
