Atom Chipset Question

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask - we do have and Atom based board ,

We do see that every ~15MS we do have ~500 micro sec when Core is not doing anything even interrupt is blocked sometimes in the middle of it .

What could cause such a phenomena ? Could it be DDR refresh ? What else could it be please comment!

Could you please provide me more details of your system, processor model, device model (smart phone, tablet, notebook)? Let me know if you are experiencing these issues while running specific applications.
