BLANK PAGE WHEN GOTO STARTERPACK

I JUST GOT THIS NEW LAPTOP AND IT CAME WITH 10 FREE GAMES WITH THE MASTERKEY BUT I TYPE IN STARTERPACK.INTEL.COM/PCT AND I GET WHITE PAGE WITH ERROR 404 NOT FOUND ON IT
