As title says, been trying to fill in a warranty replacement for over two months for an i5-4670k, but every single time I do it, I get this message "Intel Customer Support Service Request Management is unavailable. We are actively working to resolve the system issue.". How can your customer support be unavailable for 2 months? That's absolutely ridiculous.

Same problem here I've been trying for several days, they don't even bother to put it in maintenance mode, they just let you type in all the information, all the forms, they even warn you if you forget to enter something, and when you finished everything they say "We are actively working to resolve the system issue.", I believed them the first time, but after serveral days the same message and this guy having problems for 2 months I have realised that they don't give a shit about your time and they are NOT actively working to resolve it, they just let you waste your time on a broken system over and over again.

Hello Zothar:
In this case then please get in contact directly with Intel using the phone, but also email, online support and chat should be available as well:
Intel's phone number: 1-916-377-7000

And it's still down. Tried Live Chat and it was unavailable and it is currently unavailable at this time. I asked them for email options due to my time constraints and didn't get anything other than a generic response to go to their contact support page. Like I haven't been all over that page looking for ways to get in touch with them with the time that I had.
Hopefully Live Chat will become available in a few hours. I can't help but wonder if AMD has these kinds of issues. After supporting Intel for 13 years I kind of thought the 1 time that I need their help I would be able to get it relatively quick...

Hello CSJacob:
First of all we wanted to apologize for any inconvenience in trying to replace the processor.
In this case, please get in contact directly with us through email, phone or online support, you just need to select processor on product type and you will get those options:

Alberto,
Maybe I'm missing something on this particular page but the options I see are as follows:
1) Support Community - Where we are.
2) Social Media - I don't use Twitter and this option doesn't assist me.
3) Online Service Request - I would love to use this option but it is still down.
4) Email for Sales Inquiries - This option brings up a form to fill out in the event that I'm purchasing in which case I am not.
5) Live Chat - I wouldn't mind using this option as well but every time I look into it, it is unavailable. Such is the case at this very hour.
6) Phone - Not my best solution due to my busy schedule.
I don't see an actual email option on this page, or any other page that I've gone through on Intel's website. I've even searched for an email for Intel on Google and I haven't found anything. I do have my own thread that I've started as of November 2nd at

Same problem here...
My Intel Compute Stick m3-6y30 makes problems with bluetooth for weeks now.
I tried to open a service request to get a rma number.
Every time it shows only "service unavailable"...
