Not sure if this means anything:
Matching Device Id: ACPI\GenuineIntel_-_Intel64
Outranked Drivers: cpu.inf:ACPI\Processor:00FF2000
Device Updated: false
Parent Device: ACPI_HAL\PNP0C08\0

If anyone can please help. I did reseat the cpu. I'm using a aio. The aio appears to be working correctly.
If I run a stress test or play a game the temps spike up instantly. (3-4 seconds in.)
If anyone has any other ideas?
Thank You

The old driver you are seeing is what everybody else is seeing. It's a Microsoft thing.

The benchmark is a stress test, it pushes the CPU to the maximum and what is being seen in terms of temperatures and the rest of it is normal. The temperatures spike because the load on the CPU spikes. Benchmarks at least prove your system is stable under load.

Thank you for the reply.
Do you find it normal for the temps to spike instantly when playing a game for example?

Many games feature decompression of assets such as textures as soon as you load them. This puts a very heavy load on the CPU, probably much heavier than the rest of the game. This is why you see the spiking.
