Black ops 4 - intel i5 9600k

Hey just bought an intel i5 9600k where black ops 4 is included through your site but the site i have to enter keeps giving me this message, i tried going to my network settings and turned of the VPN and the Proxy but it still dosen't work, what do i do

Its not working for me either but for some reason its saying the website is up?

After going to https://softwareoffer.intel.com/callofduty and entering the master key, it takes me to https://softwareoffer.intel.com/Redeem/OptIn where there is a "mandatory survey" link which shows a page of questions with no place to input a response. If i hit submit the website just hangs. What is with intel being silent on the issue? Seems like a lot of people are having problems with this.
