In my device manager the Microsoft software for my Intel I9 10900K CPU dates from 2009, is it possible to update it with a more recent driver from the Intel website? if yes send me please a link to download It thank's.

The 2009 date on the Microsoft driver is normal - it's just a generic Windows driver that works fine. Intel doesn't provide separate CPU drivers for download.
Your CPU gets microcode updates through Windows Update and BIOS updates from your motherboard manufacturer. Check your motherboard maker's website for the latest BIOS version - that's how you'll get the newest CPU microcode updates.
