CPU problem

I have Intel i5 9600K and when i run my computer, the fans are very loud. My CPU degrees are 80+ C with 90-100% of usage with nothing open. While playing Counter Strike my temps are nearly 100 C with 100% of usage and have a lot of frame drops. How can I fix it?

Reapply the thermal paste.  Clean the cooler and fans to be free of any dust . Verify that the case fans are working as well as the cpu fan.  Make certain ther is adequate ventilation.  Update your bios.
