CPU with PTWRITE

I'm under the impression that all the skylake processors have Intel PT, but running a quick CPUID on my coworker's 6th gen i7 indicates that it does not have support for PTWRITE.

Is it a 7th generation feature? How would I go about finding which processors have the PTWRITE capability?
