Having a new system with a i7 14700K - I am quite sure I need to RMA it.
However, the only instructions I can find to find out the FPO and ATPO-numbers to be able to do a warrenty-status check on:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057098/processors.html
...I need to dismantle the AiO cooling etc. to read on the physical CPU.
There must be a way to find these numbers with a software... right? I cannot find any FPO/ATPO-numbers in my BIOS nor with CPUID (attached screenshot).
Is there a way I do not know? I use this computer both for work and private projects, so would prefer a minimal downtime.
Thank you in advance!

Hi Roquen,
Thank you for posting at Intel Community Forum
To answer your question, you may locate the markings of the processor on the shipping box that it came with. In case that it is not with you, you may also scan the 2D matrix on the processor by downloading Intel® Reverse Logistics Toolkit on your mobile device.
I hope this addresses your concern.
Thank you and have a great day!
Best regards,

Hello,
That unfortunatly does not answer my question. I know the information from the supportsite. But I would think that I can check FPO and ATPO once the CPU is mounted and installed (without taking it apart again) - using a software? I can do this for most other components.
If this is not possible any other way - please verify that it is officially Intels answer that it is not possible to check FPO and ATPO other than on the box or physically on the CPU.
Thank you.

Hello Roquen,
Thank you for responding.
There is no software available to get the markings of the processor. The only way to identify the markings of the processor is by checking the shipping box that it came with or via the processor itself.

Have a good one and stay safe!
