Can a processor with NO SUFFIX be OverClocked?

Hello!  Please, someone tell me, is it possible to overclock a processor with NO suffix? i have an OEM Pc and i heard you can NOT overclock on an OEM. 

My processor is a intel Core i3 2100 3.30GHz  

Please help

No, only unlocked processors (X and K suffix) can be overclocked.
