Can not install intel processor identification utility

Hi everyone! 

I am facing a problem with installing the intel processor identification utility. shows error code: 2417213376. Please help me to solve this issue.

What is the processor model number?

Provide the link from where you are downloading the utility.

My pc processor number is : 

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30 GHz 3.30 GHz

I have downloaded it from this link:

Then, you likely have a windows problem.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

Did you tried to install the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool? Do you have Windows 10 O.S.?
