As said in the subject title, I don't seem to be able to update to windows 11 as of right now. When looking at MS website it says that they are supporting the 9th gen i5 series, but I can't seem to be ablt o update anyway. I have enabled TPM as I thought that was the only problem, but it seems like the processor is not supported even though MS says that they support it.
Any ideas of what could be wrong, or am I just out of luck with this processor?

Your 9th gen processor will work. When you say it will not upgrade, exactly what do you mean?
What OS and version did you have prior to trying?
How did you try upgrading? Be specific.

Hi,
Sending some pictures that shows my situation (sorry, the language is in Swedish, I'll try to translate).
So my problem is that the PC Health Centre that you can download from MS says that I am good to go, although that my processor is not supported in text but it's green marked. As seen in picture one.
What is being said is that my processor is not being supported (but in swedish)
As for picture two, You can see how it looks like in my settings on the computer, I have no possibility to update to windows 11, in the top right it says that my computer does not fulfill the requirements for Windows 11, something that the PC Health Centre says that it does as seen in picture 3. I can therefore not find a way to update to Windows 11 even though my computer should be compatible with it.
I am really not sure what the problem is other than my computer does not have the updated version of the specs of my computer since I enabled TPM, I did that earlier today, but that should not be the case.

Go to this link and create an installation usb stick as Microsoft tells you to:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11
Theen, once the usb stick is created, do an inplace install from that stick.
If the stick is seen as your D drive, enter the D drive and double click on setup.
Answer the questions, and be VERY patient. This will take a while.
Or, you can answer these questions for me directly:
What OS AND VERSION do you currently have? Windows 10? 32 bit or 64 bit?
How much available/free disk is there on your C drive?
How much memory do you have?
When you RUN TPM.MSC, what does it say about the TPM status?

Also, do you know if you are UEFI boot and is Secure Boot on?

Hi, it worked for me after another restart of my computer, not sure if it was just a visual bug or something else but I have now upgraded to the lovely new windows 11. Thanks for the help regardless!
