Can thermal throttling be configured on Broadwell?

Questions re Broadwell CPU i7-5775C

with Intel XTU software:

I would like to know if temperature-based throttling can be configured by the user in addition to power-based (PL1 TDP) throttling.

I would like to configure the temperature threshold to a lower value than the default (which I think is 95 degrees Celsius) and also configure the duration of this temperature averaging time window.

The question is firstly whether Broadwell allows to change the temperature threshold, and if so, can XTU (or BIOS or other software) support this?

Configuring throttling can or may be done trough XTU however is not supported so it will be up to the customer's own risk.
