Charger uncharging when playing a video game

Hello,

I’ve been having problems with my charger lately. I have a Predator Helios 300 Pc with an Intel core i7. I currently have an acer Ac/Dc adapter with an output of 134.9W which stops charging my Pc every time I start to play a video game even though it’s still plugged in. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Im not that great when it comes to technical problems.

Your charger has nothing to do witn Intel.   Contact Acer for support.
