Choosing a CPU for hot & humid climate

Room temperatures at my location often cross 40C during summers. On these days, my system overheats and shuts down if CPU utilisation stays above 90% for more than 10 - 15 minutes.

I am now changing my desktop system, and want to go in for either an i5 or i7 processor. Should I consider TDP / Tcase while choosing the CPU? Are lower or higher values better for hot & humid climates?

I will be using default cooling and no overclocking.

The lower the TDP the less hot the processor will get.

However if the ambient temperature will be too hot, I would recommend using additional cooling solutions like external fans or air conditioning.
