I have a Dell computer with Intel Core i9 - 8950HK CPU @ 2.90 GHZ 2904 MHZ 6 Core(s) 12
Logical Processors.
Capture One needs SSE4 CPU. As the legacy processor information is no longer available, can
anyone please advise if my computer will support Capture One.
Thank you very much for your assistance.

There are free utilities that will show a list of the instructions that a CPU supports such as SSE4. An example is CPU-Z that can be downloaded from this page . Below is a section from a screenshot of the info that CPU-Z can display.
Provided that both SSE4.1 and SEE4.2 are shown as supported by your CPU then it should work OK with Capture One.

Or, you could just check with Capture One for their system requirements:

Additionally, I searched the Capture One site for SSE4 and there is no mention of this "requirement". So, it seems to me that your existing hardware is adequate.
Where did you find this SSE4 "requirement"?
