Built last month...
ASUS TUF GAMING Z890-PLUS WIFI Z890
CORSAIR 32GB DDR5 6000
User Benchmark said running in top 38 percentile... When I render video in either Camtasia or Premiere, there is at least a 10 second wait for anything to start, then renders extremely show. The task manager performance dropping below 2ghz while rendering?!
Am I missing something here?
Not impressed at all! Slower than my Ryzen!

,,this is usually caused by power, thermal, or configuration limitations, rather than a hardware defect. to fix this make sure your Windows power plan is set to High Performance, monitor CPU temperatures to rule out thermal throttling, and verify that your cooler is properly installed and functioning. Check that your BIOS is up to date, Intel Turbo Boost and Multi-Core Enhancement are enabled, and your DDR5 6000 RAM is running the correct XMP/EXPO profile.
last resort, confirm that GPU acceleration is enabled in Premiere or Camtasia, close unnecessary background processes, and update chipset and GPU drivers. Testing a small rendering project can also help determine if the slowdown is project-specific. By addressing these factors, you should be able to restore expected CPU performance and eliminate the drops during rendering.
