Core Ultra i7 265K skipping frames when playing Youtube videos using the integrated GPU

Hi!
I built a brand new system with Core Ultra i7 265K, 64GB DRAM, latest MSI z890 Tomohawk MB BIOS version 7E32v1A45 released on 11/29/2024 and as of today 12/02/2024, latest Intel Chipsets and Drivers, including the integrated GPU driver version 32.0.101.6299 that required manual download and update, Windows 11 Pro 24H2 with latest updates. Intel Driver and Support Assistant is installed on the system. The system output is connected to an LG 55" Oled smart TV that supports HDR. Default Intel BIOS settings, XMP profile enabled.
I see huge frame drops when playing Youtube videos using the integrated GPU hdmi output (from the motherboard) connected to the TV, most 4K videos are completely unplayable (some act like slideshows). Many frame drops even at lower resolutions 1080p!!!! Audio and video look also out of sync due to the huge amount of frames skipped.
Edit: I should have mentioned that I see the horrible play on both Edge and Chrome browsers. But don’t have other browsers installed.
The system is basically idle, with just the browser open, one or two tabs at most. Can’t decide which browser is worse.
The system activity monitor shows the integrated GPU Video Processing shooting to 100% activity when trying to play the videos.
All the other systems in the same room have no issues at all playing the same videos w/out drops, even the Oled smart tv Youtube app by itself does not skip frames at 4K or below.
Importantly, No frame drops at all if I use the discrete GPU hdmi output installed on the same system (RTX 3090). The discrete GPU output can play 4K videos w/out drops even while also being heavily used for generative AI tasks, for example.
I also tried removing the discrete GPU from the system, unfortunately no improvement at all (although removing the discrete GPU allows to enter the BIOS with the integrated GPU hdmi output (from the motherboard), that  otherwise would not display any screen at boot.
Please tell me there is an easy fix or a fix is coming soon. This system is going to be returned if the issue doesn't get fixed asap.
Thank you!
