Core i3 8100 (Coffe Lake) and B250 compatibility

The title says it all.I wanted to buy a budget processor but the i3 7100 (my first choice) is not something that makes me really excited.The 8100 though, does.I own a week old Gigabyte B250 and i can't afford to change a brand new motherboard.

You will have to ask Gigabyte what processors are compatible with their BIOS.

An upgrade processor must be socket, BIOS, and chipset compatible.
