My pc was suddenly running slow and boosting max 2200mhz on load.
I then opened intel extreme tuning utility but it would not open.
I restarted the pc and then opened extreme tuning utility.
The Processor Core IccMax was set to 78.25 instead of 400.
And the Turbo boost power time windows was changed also.
My question is, how does this happen? I have not changed any settings and not opened the software recently or even within the last week. My bios settings are also the same.
The program decided to change the settings somehow?
How can i avoid this in the future or is it a glitch of some sort.
