Hello i recieve one cpu from one Man and i dont know how to identify what cpu is i know is lga 1700 gen12 or 13 but can someone help me what cpu is exacly.Help Me someone

You received an engineering sample, which are not to be distributed.   I hope you did not pay for it.  If so, give it back to "one Man" and get your money back.
