Cpu Overheating Need help With intel xtu!

Hey there, I am having an Overeating issue with my laptop. In some games It's okay but in valorant and heavy games it overheats and then thermal throttles and then just shuts down to make it a bit stable I am using Intel xtu and I want your help to tell me some more settings which can reduce my temps and I can have a long-lasting experience. (Settings in Screenshot below, Laptop Specs Here)

what is your cpu model number?  remember, only X and K processors are supported by XTU.

Are you running Afterburner?  If so, uninstall it and reboot.

Is your bios updated?

and yeah i have to update my bios I will surely do it.

And yes I am running afterburner. and what if my is not supported by intel xtu? what shall id do?

You made a mistake in purchasing that laptop if you have these problems.

And, seek help from the laptop manufacturer for updating the bios.

And, stop loading all these utilities (like afterburner).  They are not helping you, and are making the problem worse.

So useing intel xtu okay?

You can use whatever you want.  The XTU download page says only X and K processors are supported.  And, undervolting creates a security issue.

So, the choice is entirely yours.  Support, or no support - that is the question.
