Cpu overheating

Hey guys,
When my CPU just idle and I am doing nothing its temperature gets up to 55-65 and when I try installating any game or do multiple things it temperature gets up to 102 and shuts down after some time
And my processor doesn't have heat sink paste or thermal paste

Processor - Intel i3-2130
Ram - 6 GB ddr3
No graphics card

Please help

Your processor is discontinued and not supported.

You should clean the heatsink of all deb ris, make sure the fans are working, and re-apply the thermal paste.
