Current/EDP limit in XTU has no effect after Windows 11 upgrade

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and now find that no matter what I set the "Processor Core IccMax" value to in XTU, Current/EDP throttling is never applied (in XTU, the throttling label never says "Yes", even if I set the limit to silly numbers like 1A).

This worked perfectly in Windows 10.

Using XTU 7.5.3.3 on Lenovo P53 (model 20QQS9G81Z, CPU i9-9880H).

I installed latest power management drivers from Lenovo website - no success.

My goal is to avoid thermal throttling (which is very bad on this PC) and use current throttling instead (which produces a far smoother experience).

You should be aware that your processor is not supported by XTU.   XTU only supports X and K processors.
