DDR3-1066 Runs with Dual Core Processor T4300?

Can anyone explain me how DDR3-1066 runs with Intel Dual Core Processor T4300 which cannot be finded at Intel web site?

Moreover, please explain me how CPU's FSB speed is related to memory clock?
