Difficulty installing intel hd 4000 driver on old atom laptop

Hi there. I have wiped a harddisk for a hp laptop with an atom x5-Z8350 processor 1.44GHz. Its meant to come with a intel hd 4000 gpu. When i look up info on the computer, windows says it does not have a GPU. 

Youtube and VLC keeps freezing/stuttering so imagine its a driver issue. i have tried HP and intel websites for information but no luck yet. If anyone can help it would be very appreciated.

You have HD400, not HD4000.

You can find the latest driverr here:
