Does the Intel I9 9900k paired with the Asus ROG Maximum XI Hero (Wifi) motherboard require a fan? Or does the motherboard's heatsink take care of it?

​normally   intel processor  comes box means then it has default  fan with  heatsink . I think  you must buy  new fan with heatsink  or  liquid cooling if the motherboard supports.

Pain to set up, but worth it in the end.
